Curated by Alessandro Castiglioni, member of the board of research advisors of WE ARE THE FLOOD, the masterclass will be dedicated to the relationship between narratives, poetry, science and contemporary art. Introduced by the book “Teorie dei Climi” (Castiglioni, Postmedia 2023), it will delve into the work of Franco Buffoni, author of “Betelgeuse e altre poesie scientifiche” (Mondadori 2021) and Antonella Anedda, author of “Geografie” (Garzanti, 2021). The lessons will be held in seminar mode, alternating moments of dialogue, poetic readings and critical readings starting from the three texts cited.

Participation in the masterclass is reserved for participants selected through an open call. Artists, creatives, critics and curators under 35 of any nationality are eligible for this call. Those who have already taken part in any WE ARE THE FLOOD initiative cannot participate. A contribution to expenses is foreseen for those who will participate from outside the province.
